DHH Lawyers approached me ahead of their launch, with a clear ambition to enter the Adelaide legal market with confidence, clarity and a brand that felt considered from day one. As a new firm, they weren’t interested in default corporate law tropes, they wanted a brand and website that reflected their values, communicated professionalism without stiffness and attracted the right clients from the outset.
The project began with a brand strategy to define DHH’s values, positioning and desired brand experience. From there, the visual identity was built around a custom monogram inspired by mid-century design – a deliberate nod to longevity, structure and restraint. Working within a pared-back palette of deep green and monochrome tones, the identity balances authority with approachability.
Simple geometric forms derived from the monogram were extended across stationery and the website, creating a cohesive system that feels calm, confident and intentional. The result is a brand that presents DHH as established and credible well before their first day of operation.
